JVC VX-E100 won´t play dual-layer disc

I bought this player about a year ago, and now i have having problems to play dual-layer discs. To get it working, I must press the eject botton real fast, like a double click on a mouse, before the ERROR message show it up at the display.
Would anyone know how to fix it ?
