ZENITH DVC 2200

hi, i have a zenith dvc 2200 model player, but it doesn't play vcd's!! i tried the hack code for the zenith, but none of it works! i tried a lot of times, but still no luck. does anyone know what to do? (or if this means that i just can't play vcds??) THANKS!
