Sorry mate you can't, toshiba are the worst to alter, you have to get a mod chip, there is no other way,i had one before and i gave it away when i bought my sony,if i was you i'd sell it and buy something different,(no offence ment).
I,ve been into dvd's since they first came out, and everyone i know, won't touch toshiba,
