I have an Sanyo RB-7201 DVD player that the eject door "somehow" got locked on. There was a DVD locked inside but I took it apart and got the DVD out. I researched online and it said to use the program button then right arrow then enter then right arrow again and power down and restart. I cannot use the program button as it will not let me. How do I unlock the player?
